  • At CWE, our event planning process is designed to ensure a smooth planning process from start to finish. Here's an overview of how we work with our clients:

    • Initial Consultation: We begin with a no fee consultation call (30 mins) to understand your vision, preferences, and the specific details of your event. This is where we determine what package would work for you and tell you about CWE and the team

    • Proposal Creation: After our consultation, CWE will email you a proposal that captures all the areas of assistance discussed during the call. This proposal outlines our services, contract and payment terms

    • Welcome Call: Once the proposal is approved, we schedule a welcome call with Christina and Jennifer. This call dives deeper into the specifics of what you’ve planned so far or gets the ball rolling on how we can start bringing your vision to life. 

    • We Start Planning: With everything in place, we begin planning by working in a shared Google Drive. As the couple, you can expect to receive step-by-step to-do lists, spreadsheets, checklists, next steps, and recaps of all conversations, ensuring you’re always in the loop and on track.

  • Thank you for reaching out! While we do not offer floral design directly, we specialize in creating vision boards that bring your floral and color scheme to life in one cohesive document. This allows us to collaborate with talented floral, lighting, and draping designers to execute the overall vision. Additionally, CWE provides detailed event design services that perfectly complement the theme and vibe of your event. As a team, we will visit rental showrooms to explore tabletop and linen options, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.

    One of our favorite parts of the planning process is adding personal touches—CWE handles many of our couples’ personal details, including printing menus, name cards, bar signage, and more. We also have a talented executive party chef on the team who can create the wedding cake of your dreams.

    At Christina Whitney Events, we work alongside your venue team to ensure a seamless day from start to finish. Here’s what we manage:

    • Design & Details – Vision boards, favors, hotel bags, and all the personalized touches

    • Logistics – Ceremony coordination, permits, marriage certificates, valet, and guest transportation

    • Additional Events – Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and post-wedding brunches
